ESPN
Production Assistant/Content Associate
From 2019 through the beginning of 2021, Morgan worked as a Production Assistant with ESPN in Charlotte, NC. She was promoted to Content Associate in March of 2021. Day- to- day, worked on college sports including NCAA volleyball, gymnastics and baseball, including the 2020 MLB Draft. The purpose of her job was to create high quality edits and organize elements, so they could be executed in games.
Here are a few examples of Morgan’s work!
D-D Breaux has been the head coach at LSU since 1978. She has put countless hours into fostering the fan base and creating an electric environment in the Pete Maravich Assembly Center on Friday nights.
The Florida versus Georgia rivalry runs deeper in the Baumann household. Sisters, Rachel and Alyssa Baumann, discuss competing against each other in an already deep rooted rivalry.
In 2019, Dave Richardson, husband to the Oklahoma Gymnastics trainer, passed away after a long battle with cancer. The Sooners dedicated their 2019 season to him and followed the motto “Do It For Dave.” They went on to win the National Championship. This is a mini feature and tribute to Dave and what he meant to the team during their championship run.

Thank you for checking out some of the edits I have created since I started at ESPN 2019. These edits start with a pitched idea or an assignment from a producer. Research, communication, and organization make up the leg work of these edit. From there, I collected photos, specific video clips, and music. I take a rough cut to an editor and with a producers eye, the piece comes to life!
